1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Mão Mèo, a part of Lumacore Pte Ltd, for social media or marketing services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any signed proposal or statement of work.

2. Services

Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for services are set out in the applicable proposal, retainer agreement, or statement of work agreed with the client.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are billed according to the agreed schedule (monthly retainer or project-based). Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access, materials, approvals, and account permissions required for us to deliver services effectively.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property. We retain rights to our internal tools, templates, and processes.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed remain payable.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
